Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits and leggings-pants unless they are defective or incorrect items. All other products (slip-dresses, skirts, loungewear, and shorts) are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form (see template below)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
