Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. During peak seasons, delivery times may extend slightly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits and leggings-pants unless they are defective or incorrect items.

How to Return an Item

  2. Our customer service will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Clearance or promotional items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
